What Maya does
Maya asks powerful questions, listens carefully, and reflects with you. She follows your lead. She never tells you what to do or gives advice, she may provide some examples if you ask her but will never judge your situation or your choices. Maya will never give you advice, tell you what you should be thinking, or rush you. The space is yours alone.
What to expect
Your first session begins with a conversation — Maya getting to know you. Subsequent sessions go deeper, following threads from where you left off. Sessions close with a reflection question that stays with you until next time.
How to get the most from Maya
Find a quiet moment. Bring something real — a challenge, a decision, something that's been weighing on you. The more specific and honest you are, the more you'll discover about yourself and the situation. Just be honest, if you want to talk about something else let her know. It is as much about what you can bring as what she can.
