Your privacy

Your conversations are private to your account, and other users can't see them. The people who run Maya can access stored conversations when needed to provide support or fix problems. Messages are stored encrypted and kept until you ask us to delete them.

To respond, Maya sends your words to our AI provider, Anthropic. By default Maya also speaks her replies, which sends her reply text to our voice provider, ElevenLabs, to make the audio; turn her voice off in the chat and her replies aren't sent. Both providers handle that data under their own terms. If you speak to Maya, your browser's own speech service turns your voice into text. We don't store the audio, and we don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

To have your history deleted from our systems, email maya@trueselfhorizons.com. Deleted history may remain in routine backups for a limited time.
